The Second Meeting

"I meant a death note. I want to see yours." He said.
"Of coarse...I'll show you mine but only after i see yours."

A laughed.

" Of course you will," she said smirking," No you show me yours first" she said

"Fine. I'll show you."Light said, getting slightly annoyed of her attitude.
If he wasnt on the said of just justice, he would've killed her earlier.
He pulled the note from his pack and held it out to show her.
"Your turn, Angel."He said.

A was very curious as to why he would do this. She was never one to be this cold, ......for this was an act, but he sure intrigued her. She looked over at the death note and noticed it was in English.

" Interesting," she mumbled. " Yours is in English" she said looking up impressed.

She turned to her bag and pulled out hers.

" Here's mine I doubt you would understand it" she said " My notebook is in French."

"Its fine. All death notes have the same rules and effects.
All I have to do is touch it to see if its real or a fake."He explain.
"Lets reveal our shinigami."He said with a small smile as he held out his note and reached out to touch hers.

A looked at him in the eyes and touched his. She turned to see a tall dark creature with wings and a teasing smile. She was actually hers was not as ugly.

" Hello" she said to him in what you could call a friends

She then let him touch her notebook.

Light touched her notebook and noticed Kuro standind near her, looking rather disgusted. "Hello shinigami."He said as he glanced at him for a second, then back to Angel."well, now we both know too much, Angel.
I need to have proof that i can trust you. I'm sorry but, I can't allow L to defeat me. I am sure you understand, right?"

" This shinigami has a name you pathetic worthless pile of meat" he said to Light.

A raised her eyebrow at Kuro. She tried to not laugh at how he insulted Light. She turned to Light looking at him curiously.

"He does have a name and it is Kuro. Then what do you Propose. " she said

"Hello Kuro, this is Ryuk."He said pointing at his tall, fdark shinigami.
"Hiya. Nice ta meet ya. hehehehehehe...."
Light looked back at Angel."First thing's first. I need to gather as much information I can on L."

A nodded.

' He is after L , well that's obvious. I would be too if Eru was after me, but whos side am I on' the thought .

Kuro looked at Ryuk and nodded nonchalantly he turned towards A's backpack and took out a sandwich eating it in one bite.

" And?" she asked.

"I need L to trust me....so that I may join the task force. Once I'm in, it's only a matter of time. L will die. I am the god of the new world, the one who will strike fear into the hearts of the wiked. I am justice!"
Light laughed a bit then smiled at Angel.
"Angel...join me...and together we can make this world a better place....
L will die eventually. That much is unavoidable...such a shame he doesn't join me....no matter...the new world will be born reguardless. What do you say,Angel? Will you join my cause?"Light asked as he reached his hand out to her.
Ryuk laughed."Killing in the name of justice huh? Hehehehehe....Humans are so much fun..."

A listened to him and for once respected him. She looked at him and thought. He was handsome , smart , and cunning. She smirked and put her hand in his lightly.

' As long as he gives me the better deal I might have to forget about Eru' she thought

" Very well........for ...justice" she said softly looking at him in the eyes with respect.

Light smiled at her. "Great. You have made an excellant decission. I hope I don't come to regret it but, I trust you, Angel.Now then, how can I arrange a meeting with L?"He asked hoimself aloud so A could hear.

A looked at him and really thought. She did not want to out him for being Kira, but she had to figure out a way. She thought about what Eru would do. He loves sweets and cared for justice too. How would that help Light. She then smiled brightly.

" I could get you a meeting with a friend of mine connected to L. He works at the task force" she said smiling excited.

Light smiled after hearing those words...the words that could set him up to meeet with L. His goal was within reach. Now to go for it.
"Thanks, Angel. I'd appreciate that."He said with his smile.
Soon the revolution will begin...

A nodded and smiled friendly.

" Very well, now may I leave of future god of world" she said picking up her bags.

Light nodded with a smile and held the do for her. "I can hardly wait. We'll meet at the cafe in the mall in three days."He replied as he held the door open.

A nodded smiled amicably and walked out the door.

" I will...Light" she said and walked away Kuro floating over her .

" You pathetic human you are weaving a web and It will soon get tangled.
