A first day of School

A, was roaming down the halls. She frowned seeing the simpleton people acting so idiotic. She sighed and forced herself to continue to study. She wanted a normal childhood as possible. She then decided to forge parents to enroll in school She looked like a normal teenager with her clothes changed and walking into her classroom.

" This shall be a new experiment" she said to herself.

Light was sitting at his desk in the middle of the class room, next to the window. His head rested in his right arm as he tilted his head to watch out the window. He took out his teext book and pulled up a flap from the cover and wrote something down. He then pulled out his notes for class and
closed his book. "Just another boring day at school...I wish something interesting would happen..."He mubled to himself as he looked back at the teach who becan his daily lecture.

Angel looked around as she saw that everyone looked utterly bored. She handed him a note about her enrollment.

" Students we have a new student Miss.......what is your name ?" she was asked.

" Angel" she replied quickly as she had her alias with her always.

" Yes well Miss Angel since you are new sit next to mister To-oh, Mr. Yagami" she heard him say.

She sighed and nodded seeing him as just another pretty boy and did as asked. She sat down moving her chair away from him as possible hating the lack of personal space.

' At Wammys I never did this' she thought ' But then again that was never normal'

Light glared over att her from the corner over his eyes then turned and smiled. "Oh, hi. My name is Light Yagami. Welcome to the school, Angel.
If theres anything you need, dont be afraid to ask."He said with a small laugh."Its nice to meet you."

Angel rolled her eyes.

" Look pretty boy just because we sit together does not mean we have to talk. I mean by all means keep talking, just won't be listening. Plus, I don't need help from you" she said smiling sweetly and turning to the head of the class.

" Oh by the way, I wish I could say the same" she added.

She did not like him, to perfect, it was annoying.

Light hid a glare and sigh. "Well, I'm sorry you feel that way.
Just tell me, where are you from?"He asked as he tried to keep the convorsation going in a friendly manner.

Angel doodled on her papers ignoring him. She hated small talk thought it was unnecessary. She sighed knowing he would not shut up.

" Born in England raised in France" she replied not even looking at him.

She felt a bad vibe about this boy. She was never wrong about vibes.

"So...whats it like there? I hear its nice." He replied as he hid a glare.
She has some attitude...no matter...class should be over soon and I wont be pestered by her...

Angel sighed wanting to hit him with her books.

" It is just as you heard." she said looking at the clock on the wall sighing.

" No wonder no one sits by you" she mumbled.

She was utterly bored for she learned this when she was young. She began to play with her hair.

Light bit the easer of his pencil ten moved to write something down on a piece of paper. "Class should be over soon."He mumbled as he put his pencil down and hid a dark grin.

Angel thanked the heavens in prayers in different languages.

" Merci" she muttered

She packed her bag and put all she needed there. She had her wallet out and was looking for a certain slip that Watari had sent her. She found it in her shirt pocket and put it back in.

" Does that mean I have to sit by you every day" she said in disbelief. " My all the gods have mercy on my soul....." she said sarcastically.

"Actually no. You can sit wherever you want. Ionly sit hear to be alone."He replied with a smile, hiding his dark grin.
"It was nice talking to you Angel. We should do this again sometime."
Just as soon as i kill L....

A cracked a smile, only amused at his lie.

" No need to lie pretty boy, we both know you didn't like this as much as I did. We all want to be alone believe me , this world is evil enough and don't want to share that with the world" she said and stood up as the bell rang

"You mean kira? Everyone thinks hes the god of justice or something. You cant really blame them. Kira has lowered the crimerate dramatically.
Of coarse I cant say i approve but...still....at least kira's doing something about it. Even when no one else does."

A nodded and shrugged.

" I don't know, yes Kira is a great person in some ways , lowering the crime rate and getting the people who killed the innocent. Still who is to say he is not committing a sin by killing people when the only one who can judge then is someone pure like God. Of course I am not religious , but that is what I see. " she said

She decided to show more of her intellect for she was not going to be bossed around by a pretty boy.

Light hid another glare and looked back at her and laughed a little.
"I can't say I'm the religious type either.
I guess you could say that. Kira's the worst one by judging them."

A shrugged.

" Not really, yes he is a sinner I agree, but not that he is committing some type of genocide. He merely has a different paradox than the people in law. " she said shrugging. " Yet everyone is a sinner"

"Thats true." He said with a small laugh as he gathered his possessions and slipped them into his pack and stood up as he walked to the door.
"Angel? Have you heard anything about kira lately?" He asked.

" Yes I have and have my conclusions about it , but that is for me to know" she said and walked towards the exit,

"If you say so, Angel. Later."He said as he slipped his bag over his shoulder and walked out.

A sighed in relief as he left. She then walked the way to her home. She sighed as rain began . She then slipped on something on her way since she was thinking about her future.

" How can I be me and not A the successor of L" she muttered before she slipped.

She glared at the object that made her slipped and saw it was a notebook. She touched it lightly as she got up. She saw a image on the corner of her eyes and screamed as she saw it coming towards her. It did not look human , it looked like a monster. She then saw it and half of his face was human and the other a monster wrapped up. It had horrible wings dark evil eyes. She stepped back.

" Why move away child?" he said smirking. " You should thank me for that notebook." he said.




She shivered and ran towards her home and did notice it was following her. She ran faster and closed the door.

A sighed and began to undress thinking it was all just a figment of her imagination . She then heard a dark chuckle she turned to see the figment again she yelped and ran. He just cackled.

" My name is Kuro you pathetic human" she heard. " Read my notebook"

She looked down and began to open the flap. She read the first page and her eyes widened.

" A......A death note" she said amazed. " So you are , no where the death notes owner and know you are stuck with me" she said

Kuro floated over her .

" Yes, you are another stupid useless human who happened to get it. I see it is my fault for dropping it. Now I am stuck with a useless you. Feed me" he said .

She nodded and ran towards her kitchen.

" I have food here eat anything ,not me" she said

Kuro chuckled,

" Worthless human, as I described you, you are worthless to me. Maybe some level of entertainment and nothing more." he said.

Angel wanted to glare but did nothing.
